The mission of H.O.P.E. is to provide a safe and caring place for parents, family memebers, friends, and loved ones of those dealing with opiate addiction, and for those in recovery or seeking treatment. To accomplish this, we meet weekly to offer mutual support, information, and resources. We also engage in education and awareness efforts aimed at preventing addiction. H.O.P.E. is free to all.
H.O.P.E. was founded in 2012 by the parents of a teen dealing with heroin addiction. Based loosely on the Al-Anon model, and focusing on opiate addiction, the group has grown to be a unique source of support and information for those confronting addiction to various substances.
